What we collect

When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp we collect the details you give us, typically your name, phone number, email address, property address or postcode, and information about your project, including any drawings or photos you send.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and manage our services, and meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing our contract with you, legal obligation and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We only share information where needed, for example with your architect, builder, building control or party wall surveyor on your project, our IT, email and form-handling providers, and professional advisers or insurers. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 2 years. Project records are kept for as long as needed for professional and insurance purposes, which may be up to 15 years after completion.

Your rights

Third-party services

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, and our office maps are provided by Google Maps. These services have their own privacy policies.

Website statistics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly statistics service that does not use cookies or collect personal information, to count page visits and clicks on our phone, WhatsApp and email links.
